The Challenge
When Independence Pies came to us they were just a radical idea—create a business that sells pizza pie, dessert pie, and pot pie. Opening in the self-proclaimed “weird” city of Portland, OR, they needed branding that stood out as much as their food.
Our Solution
Leaning into the love of pie, we used Portland’s quirky reputation to our advantage. We celebrated the collective culture of our new neighbors with a logo, identity, and advertising work that reflects the fierce independent attitude of the town, and their willingness to buck all trends whenever and however you’d like.
